Why order here
Four things you can count on
- 01
Tracked delivery, nothing to pay for it
We deliver to Croatia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia with a tracked courier and charge nothing for the journey; each product page says which of these countries that product is sold in. The call that confirms your order gives you the delivery window, before anything is sent.
- 02
Pay when it arrives
In every country we deliver to, you hand the money to the courier at the door. Nothing is taken from you before the parcel is in your hands.
- 03
Fourteen days to change your mind
Send an item back within fourteen days of delivery, even if you have opened the box and tried it, and we refund what you paid for it. The procedure is written out on the returns page.
- 04
Two years of warranty, handled by us
Everything we sell carries a 24-month warranty. If something fails, you write to us and we sort it out; we do not pass you to a manufacturer hotline.
How an order works
Three steps, no account needed
- 1
Choose and order
Order on the product's page, choosing your country, or on its page for your country where it has one. We ask only for a name, an address and a phone number.
- 2
We confirm with you
Our order line phones you to check the details and gives you the delivery window for your country.
- 3
The courier delivers
Our order line gives you the tracking details, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is in your hands.
